Questions to ask before buying the TC2000 weigh system
The TC2000 weighing system operates by linking into the hydraulics of the truck and passing the hydraulics through a special "measuring block".
The operation is to lift the weight up to a pre-defined height and then press the "Get Weight" button on the indicator. The system will then gently lower the forks in a controlled, repeatable manner, and then display the weight. This controlled lowering of the forks, ensures the effect of the friction in the mast is repeatable and gives a higher accuracy than other systems

Is the accuracy of the system of
0.2% to 0.5% of weighing capacity acceptable? If you want better accuracy then use the Autonome weighing system with an accuracy of +/- 0.1% of span. Typical accuracies are: Capacity Weighing accuracy 0 - 1,000 kg +/- 2 to 5 kg 0 - 2,000 kg +/- 4 to 10 kg 0 - 5,000 kg +/- 10 to 25 kg |
